As food is such an important part of your experience with us, we can cater for almost any dietary requirement on request at the time of booking.
Here is an example of the adjustments we make, this will vary depending on availability of produce on the island.
GLUTEN FREE: The menu is Gluten Free except the crackers & baguette, which are replaced with a selection of Roza's GF/DF crackers
DAIRY FREE: The menu is dairy free with the exception of the cheese and butter. The cheese is replaced with a hummus and a dairy free cheese.
NON-SEAFOOD: The prawns & bugs are replaced with chicken tacos served with a chipotle mayo, red cabbage, avocado and garnished with lime & coriander.
VEGETARIAN: The prawns & bugs are replaced with Mexican corn tacos garnished with lime & coriander
